You can't link Samsung Health directly to Kiplin. You can go through the Withings/HealthMate app to pull up your data from Samsung :
Download HealthMate and create an account : you have to link your Samsung Health app to Withings (in the settings of the Withings app)
In Kiplin homepage > Profile, unlink your tracker and link Withings/HealthMate by entering the identifiers created in your Withings app
