❓ How does the Leaderboard work?
The Leaderboard shows the ranking of participants for the current week.
It takes into account your activity (walking, cycling, sessions), as well as the activity of other participants, so that positions can change throughout the week.
👉 Quests do not contribute to the Leaderboard.
🗓️ Leaderboard week period
A Leaderboard week starts on Friday morning and ends on Thursday evening.
During that period, when you open the Leaderboard tab:
you access the active ranking page;
you can view the general ranking;
and also the ranking of your entity, when available.
Your position can therefore change during the week depending on the points earned in the app.
👥 Why can’t I see everyone in the ranking?
Not all participants necessarily appear in the ranking.
Some have chosen not to make their profile or activity visible in the Leaderboard.
If a user does not appear, it means:
they left the current week,
orthey have not joined the Leaderboard yet.
📈 Why does my position change?
Your position depends on the points you earn in the app.
If you score points, you can move up in the ranking.
If other participants earn more points, your position can also go down.
The ranking therefore changes throughout the week based on everyone’s activity.
🚪 Leaving and rejoining the Leaderboard
If you leave the Leaderboard during an active week:
your profile will no longer be visible in the ranking;
your score will no longer be shown to other participants.
You will be able to join the next Leaderboard again, but not the one you just left.
🏁 Results publication
Results are published at the end of the weekly cycle.
Once the week is over, the results page becomes available and you can view your final position.
