The principle
Move individually and take on team challenges to climb the rankings,
while helping advance a collective donation counter in support of a partner charity.
How does the game work in practice?
1. Understanding the rankings
Several rankings may be active during the challenge:
Team ranking: based on the cumulative physical activity points of your team + the challenges won together.
Individual ranking: based on your personal physical activity points accumulated over the entire challenge.
Inter-entity ranking: based on the average individual points of participants from each entity.
2. How do you earn points individually?
Move!
Walking, cycling, Kiplin sessions: every physical activity earns you points.
You can earn up to 200 points per day (this is a maximum, not a daily target).
How it works:
Move
Open the app
Your points are automatically added to your individual ranking
Your points accumulate throughout the entire challenge
3. How do you earn team points?
Move AND take on challenges!
Collective challenges are offered throughout the challenge.
Each challenge your team wins earns points for the team.
4. How do you access challenges?
Click on a Challenge card
Read the rules, the deadline, and the points to earn
Go back to the Challenge card to see whether you’ve won it
⚠️ Challenges make the difference in the rankings.
Coordinate with your team to maximize your chances of winning!
5. How do you win?
Team ranking: the winning team is the one that has accumulated the most physical activity points AND won the most challenges.
Individual ranking: the player who has accumulated the most physical activity points over the entire challenge.
Inter-entity ranking: the entity whose participants have the highest average individual points.
6. In the event of a tie
It may happen that several participants finish with the same number of points at the end of a challenge.
An automatic tie-breaking system is used to rank them fairly and transparently.
How are ties broken in the individual rankings?
7. Shadow Mode
48 hours before the end of the game, Kiplin hides the rankings to spice up the final stretch.
Results are revealed one day after the end of the game (this timing may vary depending on the company).
