The daily points limit (200 points per day per player) is not a target to be achieved, but a limit. It ensures fairness between participants and encourages regular rather than intensive exercise.
At Kiplin, the idea is not to take as many steps as possible in a day, but to move a little every day 💪
How are points calculated?
100 steps = 1 point
1 minute of cycling = 1 point
1 Kiplin physical activity session = 30 points
👉 You can combine your activities as you wish, up to a maximum of 200 points per day.
In summary
The cap is designed to reward consistency rather than performance. Earning 200 points every day is therefore more beneficial (and better for your health!) than earning 600 points in one go 😉
In the event of a tie
If several participants finish with the same number of points:
They will first be ranked according to their consistency (the number of days on which points were earned).
If there is still a tie, the ranking will be based on the total number of actual steps recorded over the period.
