There are several reasons why not all of your Google Fit data may appear in Kiplin:
1. You may have added steps manually in Google Fit. Steps added manually in Google Fit are automatically blocked from being uploaded.
2. You may have changed the activity category in Google Fit. Our servers then considered these steps as "manual additions".
3. You may have linked a third-party application to Google Fit, other than Kiplin. In this case, the data written by this third-party application in Google Fit is also automatically blocked in the data transfer between Google Fit and Kiplin. To avoid "interference" with other applications, you can go to Google Fit > Profile (bottom right) > Settings (top right) > Manage connected applications > keep only Kiplin (you can disconnect other applications by clicking on them).
We recommend that you keep your phone with you and carry it as close to your body as possible (e.g. in your pocket) so that your steps are counted normally and you do not have to manually add data that will not be retrieved by Kiplin.
