Many reasons can explain your Google Fit data are not synced with Kiplin.
1. Maybe you changed the activity category in Google Fit. Our servers then considered these steps as "manual additions" and therefore were not counted on the Kiplin app. We use this term knowing that not everyone adds steps 😊.
2. You might have added steps manually in Google Fit. Manually added steps are automatically blocked and are not showing in Kiplin app as it only retrieves raw steps from Google Fit. Your steps data in Kiplin correspond to the difference between your manually added steps and "real steps" counted by Google Fit.
3. Maybe you linked a third-party application to Google Fit, other than Kiplin. In this case, data contained in this application are automatically blocked when syncing your Kiplin app. To avoid "interferences" with other apps, you can access Google Fit > Profile > Settings > Connected app > only keep Kiplin in connected apps.
We advise you to keep your phone with you and to wear it as close as possible to your motion (your pocket for instance) in order to your steps to be retrieved correctly and so that you do not need to add them manually.
