๐Ÿ˜Ÿ iOS : I don't have any steps in the Kiplin app

Kiplin uses the data recorded by your Health app

1. I have steps in my Health app

In your Health app settings, under Privacy > Apps: check that Kiplin appears (Kiplin not appearing? Go directly to Kiplin and follow the steps to unlink/re-link your sensor).

  • Click on Kiplin and select at least Number of steps

  • Return to the Kiplin app, on the home page click on your name in the top right-hand corner (profile) > my sensor and perform the operation to unlink/reconnect your sensor.


โ€‹2. I don't have any steps in my Health app

In your iPhone settings, tap Privacy, then Movement and Fitness.

  • Check that Fitness Tracking is enabled.

  • Authorise Health.

  • Return to the Kiplin app, on the home page > tap your name in the top right-hand corner (profile) > My Sensor and perform the operation to unpair/repair your sensor.
