To help you change your habits, individual quests await you in Kiplin! They help you move more, live better every day and earn points

πŸ’‘ Two types of quests in Kiplin

1. Automatic quests

These are triggered automatically, based on your activity in the app:

πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Your physical activity (steps, points, etc.)

πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ Your participation in physical activity sessions

πŸ–₯️ Your attendance at webinars

πŸ“± Small actions in the app (quizzes, challenges, etc.)

βœ… Points are awarded automatically as soon as the quest is completed.

πŸ” If you fail, it restarts immediately.

⚑ Some quests have several levels: a new, more difficult version automatically starts after the first one.​

✨ Examples of automatic quests:

  • Earn X points in Y days πŸ•’

  • Participate in X physical activity sessions πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ

  • Complete a questionnaire πŸ“

2. Declarative quests

These are based on your personal commitments and require manual validation each day.

⚠️ You must validate them yourself in the app to confirm that you have completed the action.

🎟️ Once the quest is successful, points are awarded automatically.

πŸ” If you lose the quest, it restarts immediately so you can try the challenge again!

✨ Examples of declarative quests:

  • πŸ›Œ Sleep at least 7 hours per night for 7 days

  • πŸ’§ Get into the habit of carrying a water bottle
