Here are some good practices for the smooth running of your sessions with Kiplin:
Use a computer or a tablet, which will be more comfortable than a smartphone
Preferably use the Chrome browser (make sure you are using the latest version: chrome://settings/help). You can also use the following browsers: Firefox, Opera, Safari versions 12.1 and above, or Microsoft Edge 79 and above.
Make sure you have a minimum bandwidth of 5MBs. You can test via this link: https://beta.speedtest.net/
If your network is protected by a restrictive firewall, you may encounter access problems. If possible, disable the firewall temporarily.
During a visio (sharing of videos and microphones of each participant), make sure you authorize the sharing of the camera and your microphone by clicking on the small padlock at the top of your page:
If you are in "compatibility mode", you will not be able to join the scene and you may have a delay of a few seconds from the live session.
