Do you have steps in your Garmin Connect app? You can “force” your data to synchronise by clicking on the two small arrows at the top right of your Garmin home page.
Please wait a few minutes: your steps will probably reach Kiplin next! Generally speaking, synchronisation is never immediate and can take several minutes.
If this is not the case, please check the following points:
in the Kiplin app, click on your name (top right corner of the homepage) and check if Garmin connect is set up as your tracker ?
If the application indicates that the Garmin sensor requires repair, please follow the procedure to correct the connection or permissions that are not working properly.
In your application Garmin Connect > Home > Settings > Connected Applications > Kiplin > check ‘Health’ and ‘Activity’ for the feedback of data
Explore the other reasons by clicking on the link below and check what actions you might need to do.
Does your watch display 0 steps? It may be that activity tracking is deactivated on your watch. This tracking is necessary so that the watch can record your daily steps. The activation procedure depends on the model of watch you have.

If you have chosen to synchronize your watch via USB on your computer, we won’t be able to retrieve the data of your watch. You absolutely have to use the application Garmin Connect on your smartphone.
