To check whether this applies to you, go to (using Chrome) :

If you see a security error message, this is the case.

Certification authorities exist to guarantee the security of websites. The one Kiplin uses is Let's Encrypt, which changed its certificate at the beginning of 2024.

Phones and browsers that have been out of date for a long time may not have this update, so access to websites or applications using Let's Encrypt may not be possible anymore.

One solution to this problem is to manually install the new certificate on your phone.

You can find this certificate directly on the Let's Encrypt website at this page :

You can download the certificate directly from this button:

⚠️ The certificate must only be downloaded from the Let's Encrypt website: https://letsencrypt.org/
Obtaining it by any other means could compromise the security of your phone.

You will then need to install it on your phone. To do this, go to your phone's settings and find the "Trusted Authority" or "CA Certificate" section. This is usually located in the security or confidentiality menus.

Next, you will need to add a new certificate and select the one you have just downloaded. You will then see it appear in the "user certificates" and will be able to delete it at any time.

Now if you return to the Kiplin.com site, you should no longer get a security error message. Your Kiplin application should work again.

Kiplin cannot be held responsible for any problems in the use of the telephone resulting from this manipulation.
