Why is my Geovelo journey not being taken into account in Kiplin?

There are several possible reasons for this.

First, your trip will not be taken into account in Kiplin if:

  • This was done before linking Geovelo to Kiplin

  • At an average speed of less than 5 km/h or more than 35 km/h.

Next, check that you have linked the correct Geovelo account to Kiplin:

  • You should normally see Kiplin by going to the Geovelo app: Profile > Settings > Third-party connections

  • If this isn't the case, you've likely linked the wrong account. We invite you to follow Geovelo's guide to correct this problem.

In any case, keep in mind that journeys may take some time to appear, wait a while and come back to the Kiplin app later.
