First and foremost, we invite you to check the following points:

  • The Géovélo account linked to Kiplin is the same as the one used in the Géovélo app.

  • Your cycle journey was made after linking your Géovélo account to Kiplin (any journeys made before the link will not be taken into account).

  • Journeys with an average speed that is too low (< 5 km/h) or too high (> 30 km/h) are not taken into account by us (to avoid any possibility of cheating).

  • Please also keep in mind that journeys may take some time to appear, so please be patient and return to the Kiplin application later.

If, despite all this, your journey still hasn't been uploaded to Kiplin, please contact Géovélo support via the following links:

or directly in the Géovélo app: Geovelo > Profile > Settings > Support.
